1. Purpose and operators

Uppercurrent Script Access is operated by Uppercurrent Inc. to support maintenance of its invoicing automation and specifically requested invoice recovery. Operational use is intended for a limited group of people authorized to act for Uppercurrent.

These public pages explain the application and its data practices. Operational connections and actions are initiated through Uppercurrent’s approved work procedures.

2. Appropriate authorization

Use the application only when you have Uppercurrent’s permission and appropriate authority over the connected account, automation projects, and business records. Review the permissions requested by Google before granting access.

Google account consent permits access to the account’s authorized resources. Business actions also require the relevant Uppercurrent authorization and approvals.

3. Operational actions

Project maintenance can change automation that supports real business operations. Follow the approved maintenance procedure and preserve required reviews, operational safeguards, and records.

A separately requested invoice recovery can resend an existing QuickBooks invoice to the customer email in the operational record and update its related status and activity history. Confirm the intended order and recipient before requesting that action.

4. Operator responsibilities

• Use information and permissions only for the work Uppercurrent has authorized.
• Protect account access and connection credentials. Keep them out of public documents, messages, and screenshots.
• Preserve required review holds, activity records, and safeguards when maintaining automation or recovering an invoice.
• Report unexpected results, incorrect records, or suspected unauthorized access before continuing affected work.

5. Privacy and connected services

The privacy policy explains the information this application handles and your choices about access. Google provides authorization and connected workspace services, Vercel hosts the application, and requested invoice recovery uses Uppercurrent’s existing QuickBooks connection.

Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and Uppercurrent’s existing arrangements with them.
